Customers can combinate benefit from more than one discount, if your cart meets the shop set conditions.

How do I make an exchange?

The online exchange option is available for orders made as a registered user of the standard Website or the iOS App.

Will I be charged for an exchange?

Return shipping fees are to be paid by the client, unless the product is defective. In this case, we’ll cover return shipping costs and we’ll send you a return label. The buyer must make the request within 14 calendar days following receipt of the order. We’ll pay exchange shipping fees.

How do I make a return?

Check the website. As a rule, it’s best to know the return policy before you make an online purchase, just in case. Go to the online site where you purchased your merchandise. Find and read the return policy. Most online stores will only accept returns of unused and unopened items. If it is clothing, you must keep the tags on the clothing in order to return the purchase.
